The purpose of the present study was to analysis of effective factors on decreasing of rural youth social alienation decreasing in the Ardabil County. The research method was analytical -explanative survey type. It can be said that studied population in this study consists of all youth living in rural areas of Ardabil County in 2016 (N= 49297), among which 382 persons were selected as statistical sample using Cochran formula. Sample size was determined based on the Cochran’s formula and the required data were collected through questionnaires. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts and its reliability was determined based on Cronbach's alpha (0.79-0.85). In order to analyze the data, factor analysis model was used and the results of this model showed the most important factor reduction of youth social alienation in studied region includes four components (reinforcement of social capital, reinforcement of psychological capital, reinforcement of cognitive capacities and religion believes and promotion of enjoinment and overcoming of happiness space and hope) that explained variance and the cumulative variance by the five factors 61.62.

Our country has been seeking the interaction of officials with the people and vice versa for many years. The creation of local management among the local people themselves is also associated with this issue. In the meantime, good governance through components such as participation, accountability, etc. can be the connecting factor. In this study, we try to study and analyze the effects of good governance on improving the social welfare indicators of rural areas of Frieden city. This research is applied in terms of purpose and is descriptive-analytical and correlational. The statistical population of the study is all heads of households living in the villages of Frieden city, which according to the last census in 2016 is equal to 23311 people and 8430 households, of which 385 people were selected using the Cochran's formula. The instrument was measured by the Mohaghegh Questionnaire, the validity of which was formally verified by Mohaghegh University professors. With Cronbach's alpha coefficient by Spss23 software, the reliability of the questionnaire for good governance variables was 0.830% and for social welfare indicators was 0.837. Percentage was obtained. Sampling was based on the principle of proportional division and the questionnaire was distributed randomly among residents. In analyzing the results, first the good governance situation and social welfare of the regions were measured and then with the help of Pearson correlation correlation test and multiple regression test, the relationship of independent variable to dependent was measured. Pearson correlation results showed that there was a moderate to strong relationship between all variables of good governance and social welfare. In multiple regression, variables (good governance) predict 61% of the variance (social welfare). Meanwhile, the responsibility variable with beta coefficient of 0.30% is more effective than other variables in improving social welfare indicators. It can be said that the sense of responsibility of local managers according to the pattern of good governance increases the level of social welfare of the villages of Frieden city

This study is descriptive - analytical in terms of research methods, practical in terms of nature and is a library and field kind of research in terms of the type of data collection. The tool used in measuring the questionnaire was made by the researcher.Statistical society of research included all of villagers residing in the rural areas of Ardabil County (N=85053). In addition for determining sample size the villagers of residing in the rural areas of Ardabil county was used Cochran formula. Finally, the sample size of rural youth 383 was determined. Sample size was determined based on the Cochran’s formula and the required data were collected through questionnaires. Content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by professors and experts and its reliability was determined based on Cronbach's alpha (0.74-0.88). For data analysis, SPSS software was used.The obtained results from descriptive findings show that between average of good governance components, average of transparency component (11.25) stand in the first order and average of law domination component (4.26) stand in the last order. And also, from between average of social security sense components, average of personal security (10.8) stand in the first order and average of Judicial security stand in the last order. Also, the results of research showed that there was a statistically significant positive relationship between all variables of research except for rule of law and effectiveness and efficacy variables and improvement of social security sense

This paper aims to investigate the role of rural tourism on social security sense in the rural Areas in the Ardabil County. This study is descriptive - analytical in terms of research methods, practical in terms of nature and is a library and field kind of research in terms of the type of data collection. The tool used in measuring the questionnaire was made by the researcher. It can be said that studied population in this study consists of all villagers living in Sardabhe Dehstan, with using of simple random sampling and based Cochran formula, the appropriate amount for this research were selected which person 385. In addition, apposite of this smaple, for making equality at test and result, 385 of residing of villagers Dehstane lack tourism ‘Baleglou’ were selected as control group. The tool of measurement was made researcher questionnaire. The content and face validity of the instrument was specified after several times review and correction by the faculty of members at university and several expertise of administrative offices. The reliability analysis was conducted and Cronbach’s alpha values for the various sections of instrument were estimated to be between 0.80 and 0.83.The results of research by using of t test showed that there was a statistically significant positive relationship between variables of fincial security, job security, ethical security, civic security, reputation security, cultural security and emotional security and independent variable. Finally, based on the results analysis, some applied recommendations have been provided.

This study is descriptive - analytical in terms of research methods, practical in terms of nature and is a library and field kind of research in terms of the type of data collection. Considering the importance of preserving the environment of tourist villages, the present study aimed to investigate the role of tourism development in promoting environmental knowledge in the villages of the Qhale Chaei touristic road of Ajbashir. The research is in terms of purpose, developmental, in nature, descriptive and also causal and analytical. The statistical population of the study is resident villages of nine villages of this road. Using a simple random sampling method, 370 people were selected based on Cochran formula. The factual validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. Using the Cronbach Alpha Special Formula, the reliability of the research questionnaire was 0/887. For data analysis, Pearson correlation test and multivariate regression test and path analysis using PLS software were used. Prioritization of villages using Promethee, Vicore, ANP and Kaplend models has been used. The results of the research in relation to environmental awareness show that all variables of ecological balance protection of the village, vegetation and animal protection, drought control, noise pollution, water and soil conservation, use of organic farming, reduction of fuel use There is a significant relationship between fossil fuels, the principle of landfill of wastes, the non-use of non-renewable waste, the management of biological crisis and the restoration and restoration of damaged environment. Also, based on the results of multi-attribute models, Tapic Dare village has the highest priority and the village of Qozelga has the least priority in terms of environmental knowledge of villagers. Finally, according to the research findings, it is suggested that use of rural tourism functions in environmental protection

Nowadays, security is considered as the most important principle in developing a strategy for tourism development in the world. Security and tourism are parameters of an equation that have a direct relationship with one another. The purpose of this study is to investigate and evaluate the impact of social security on the development of tourism in the village of Sarab Harsam that is located on West Islamabad. Inhabitants of Sarab-e- Harsam's village with a population of 473 people are the statistical community According to the Cochran formula the sample size was 112. The indicators were designed for preparing the questionnaire were health security, safety and financial security, communications security and tourism development in the form of 43 variables. The formal validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. The study was conducted in the same area with the population of 30 and the questionnaire and the data were analyzed using the special formula of Cronbach’s alpha in the SPSS software. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.82. To analyze the data, the SPSS20 software was used. The results of the analysis of data indicated among social security indicators, the Health security index has the greatest impact on tourism development and the communications security index has had the least impact. And in general, social security has been able to promote tourism in the village.

Abstract: The present study is aimed to investigate the role of rural production cooperatives in promoting psychological empowerment of wheat farmers who are members in the production cooperatives in the city of west Islamabad. This study is practical in terms of purpose, and its entity is descriptive- analytical. The study population consisted of 1137 farmers which are member of the rural cooperatives in 11 villages of west Islamabad. The sample size is estimated to be 170 on the basis of Cochran formula. In order to compare the results, 170 wheat farmers who were not member in rural cooperatives were selected from the same villages. The method of data gathering is survey and the tool used in the study is a questionnaire. To determine the questions for the questionnaire, five indicators of psychological empowerment were used in the form of 35 items (i.e. self-determination, competence, worth, effectiveness and trust). The formal validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by a panel of experts. The study was conducted in the same area with the population of 30 and the questionnaire and the data were analyzed using the special formula of Cronbach’s alpha in the SPSS software. The reliability of the questionnaire was 0.84. According to the results of data analysis, it was shown that, among the five indicators of psychological empowerment in this study and considering the average differences between the two groups of members and non-members, it was said that there is a positive and significant relationship between membership in the production cooperatives and psychological empowerment of wheat farmers. Thus, the average of the members is 4.35 and the average of non-member wheat farmers is 3.61. The results of independent t test indicate a significant difference between the two groups. It was found that rural production cooperatives are effective tools for psychological empowerment of wheat farmers and rural development. Membership in this cooperatives provides the necessary context for the initiative, competence and intellectual personality of the members.

Positive Psychological Capital is defined as the positive and developmental state of an individual as characterized by high self-efficacy, optimism, hope and resiliency. The main purpose of this paper is to explain the psychological capital effects on improvement of village farmer’s job satisfactions in the Ardabil County. The study sample consists of farmers in the Ardabil Province and 380 people were selected by convenience sampling. The sample size was determined based on Cochran's formula and the required data was collected through questionnaires. A questionnaire was used for data collection. The questionnaires face and content validity were confirmed by professors and experts, and its reliability was confirmed based on Cronbach's alpha (0.71-0.82). For data analysis, the SPSS software was used. The results of Pearson correlation test showed that there was a significant correlation between all research variables and job satisfactions with the reliability of %95. Moreover, the variables of optimism, resiliency and self-efficacy contained %41 of dependent variables in linear multiple regression test. Finally, according to the results of analysis, practical suggestions are presented.
